About Me 

There was a time I felt lost and unsure about what to do next in my nutrition and fitness journey……. well life actually. I was unhappy in most of the areas of my life and I felt that I had no control over any of it. I would scroll through my facebook or Instagram looking at everyone else out there living these amazing adventure filled lives and think to myself how did they get so lucky to live that life. I wondered to myself what are these people doing to live these amazing lives. I would give anything to go on just one of those adventures.


This got me thinking it was time for a change. I started to look inside at the things I had control over and stopped looking outside at what I didn’t.  I started to look at food as what it was, fuel for my adventures and allowing myself the bag of cheezies here and there because at the end of the day they weren’t going to make or break my diet. Fitness as a way to prepare for my adventures and customized my strength training plans based on the next adventure to keep things fresh.  It took some time, I stumbled and fell but I always got back up and dusted off. I re-evaluated what worked and what didn’t and got back to it.


Here I am a couple of years later and living a pretty cool life full of adventure and balance.


   My STEPS have allowed me to create:


  •  Confidence to wake up and own the day

  • Life of adventure and exploring places only a few get to see.

  • Mental clarity to focus on creating my life and my dreams

  • A balanced and open relationship with my significant other

  • Strength to step out of my comfort zone and try new things

  • Time to connect with friends and loved ones

  • Guilt-free pizza and movie nights

  • A body I am proud

  • But most of all I found the best version of myself.
